Paolo Orrù

Paolo Orrù is senior lecturer in Italian Linguistics at the Faculty of Humanities of the University of Cagliari. His main research interests are discourse analysis, corpus linguistics and contemporary Italian language and language assessment. He has authored various articles and essays on the representation of migrants in the Italian media landscape and on the use of rating scales for assessing functional adequacy in writtern and oral interactions.
